All equipment hire includes full set up/ pack up.

$50 deposit required to confirm booking and a $100 refundable bond required on setup. Remaining balance payable on day of set up (cash preferred).

Travel expenses will be calculated using toll/ petrol calculator if outside of the Northern Beaches. We do not charge travel time for the first hour.

Bell Tent Hire

Hire is for 1-2 nights for full setup

4M bell tent hire - $550 (sleeps 5)

5M bell tent hire - $650 (sleeps 7)

6M bell tent hire - $800 (sleeps 11)

Picnic Table Hire reduced to $200 for one table and $350 for 2 tables with bell tent hire.
Add on a projector - $75
Add on full cinema package (projector, stand, screen, seating, rugs and lanterns)

Indoor Teepee/ A-Frame Tent Hire

Includes teepees, mattress, soft linen, pillows, duvet (in winter), blanket, cushions, fairy lights, lanterns, foam signboard, decor, tray tables.

Full set up for 3 people - $300

$50 per bed setup thereafter

Deluxe Package

$495 - 5 beds ($70 per bed thereafter)

Includes all of the above, plus:

- personalised eye masks for each guest

- larger twin mattress

- personalised name plaque on each teepee or table

Picnic Table Hire

Picnic table hire includes plates, wine/ champagne/ water glasses, cutlery, napkins, cushions, decor and serving plates/ boards if required.

1 table (sits up to 10) - $350

Outdoor Cinema Hire

Important note - We will stream the projector to a wall in your house to get connected to the firestick, however, you will be responsible for the operation of the equipment after setup, you will need to be proficient in using the projector and troubleshooting if necessary.
