Power & Setup Requirements

Heavy-duty extension cords will be supplied and connected by us. Once set up, cords and machines must not be moved, unplugged, or tampered with.

Power boards, double adapters or multi-plug extensions are strictly prohibited, as these can damage the machines and create a safety risk.

No generator is supplied. A suitable power source must be provided by the customer.

Each machine requires its own dedicated, earthed power outlet. One outlet cannot be shared between machines.

Indoor setup is preferred. If an outdoor setup is required, the customer must provide a suitable marquee, gazebo or shade cover to protect the machines from direct sun and weather.

Machines must be placed on a stable, suitable surface and kept away from water and wet areas.
By booking our machines, you agree to these power and setup requirements. Failure to provide suitable power or an appropriate setup area may result in the machine/s not being operated.
